Custom Fabric Production

We produce our own fabrics by knitting them in our facility, and then send them to dyeing factories for custom coloring
Cutting Facility & Operations
(In-House Fabric Production and Quality Control Process)
We knit the fabrics in-house and then our in-house fabric laboratory, which follows international quality control standards, performs inspections and tests on the fabrics before proceeding to the cutting process. We perform fabric cutting processes using machines supported by state-of-the-art software and cutting machines with a daily cutting capacity of 120,000 cuts.

Our sewing department has a final inspection process before the products are considered ready for shipment. After passing the inspection and receiving quality assurance, the products are packed in our own facility. We ensure that all our products are packed with the utmost care to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. This also includes proper labeling, packaging materials and safe transportation procedures to provide the best service to our customers.
